Here are the steps to follow to make your return:
- Go to on the website : https://www.anpost.com/Post-Parcels/Click-and-Post/Postage-Label/ ;
- Define the characteristics of your package according to the number of items to be sent back ;
- In the drop-down menu "Where are you sending to?" select "France" ;
- Click on the "Continue as a guest" button or "Log in and continue" if you have an account An Post ;
- Select the weight of your package (about 1kg per pair of shoes). Then click on "Continue" ;
- Among those proposed, select the shipping option you want then click on "Continue" ;
- In the "About the recipient" box, enter the details shown below and click on "Continue" ;
- Add a description of the items you are returning, then the value of those items. Finally, click on "Continue" ;
- Review and confirm your postage label information and click on the "Add to basket" button ;
- Check your order and click on the "Checkout" button.
🚨 VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE
- ORDER NUMBER IS MANDATORY:
Any return that does NOT contain the invoice or order number inside the package cannot be processed. - DO NOT USE PICKUP POINT
Any returns made to a Pickup Point, Locker, or any other type of drop-off location cannot be processed.

ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS MADE :
- print your return label (printable at home or at the post office, on self-service machines or at the counter);
- print the invoice corresponding to your order (download here) ;
- if you are not able to print your invoice, please enter your order number on plain paper and attach it to your package;
- pack the goods in their original packaging. If necessary, in packaging suitable for transport;
- place the invoice inside the package then securely attach the return label to the outside of the package, keep the tracking number;
- Depending on the shipping solution you choose, you can either drop off your package at a collection point or have it picked up at your personal mailbox.
AFTER RECEPTION OF YOUR ARTICLES BY OUR SERVICES :
- if it is a return, we will reimburse you via the initial method of payment within 5 working days, you will be notified by e-mail;
- if it is an exchange, a new package will be sent to you within 5 working days, you will be notified by e-mail.

- Returned goods cannot be accepted if they have been used or damaged.
- A returned package that does not contain the order number (invoice or plain paper) will be automatically refused.
